Meet KYLE
Broker AssociateA native of the Vail Valley, Kyle grew up in the Eagle-Vail neighborhood and attended Vail Mountain School. He graduated from the University of Montana in 2005, moved back to the Vail Valley, and has been advising buyers and sellers as a full-time real estate agent for over 19 years.
Kyle was the #1 Agent in gross sales volume for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties(BHHS) in 2021, 2022, and 2024, and his Team, the Denton Advisory Group, has been the #1 Team in gross sales volume for BHHS since 2016 (9 years).
Kyle’s high standards for exceptional customer service, integrity, and market expertise are the cornerstones of his business philosophy, and he is constantly training, learning, and striving for new knowledge and unique techniques on how to best serve his clients and the community.
Over Kyle’s career, he has been honored to help his clientele with over $480 million in closed real estate transactions.
Kyle was named Realtor of the Year by the Vail Board of Realtors in 2017 and has served in leadership roles within the organization, including as Chair of the Vail Board of Realtors and Vail MLS Board. He is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists(CRS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialists(RSPS), and was among the first 15 recipients of the Vail Pro designation, a program designed to increase local specific industry knowledge, history, and current events affecting the community.
A passionate community advocate, Kyle supports the Sunshine Kids organization, Roundup River Ranch, Habitat for Humanity, and the local Community Food Market. He also volunteers as a youth hockey coach and is on the Board of the Vail Mountaineers Hockey Club.
Kyle currently lives in Edwards with his wife Nikki and two sons, Saige and Kien. When not working you are bound to find him enjoying the mountain lifestyle. From skiing and hockey in the winter to mountain biking, golfing, camping and river surfing in the summer, Kyle would love to show you why he calls the Vail Valley home.
