Meet KEVIN
Broker AssociateKevin was born and raised in the Vail Valley and is eager to share his knowledge and love for this community with everyone. Kevin attended Vail Mountain School through grade school then transferred to Battle Mountain High School where he graduated in 2001. Outside of school Kevin loved skiing, exploring the mountains and playing hockey and golf. Kevin was awarded a golf scholarship to attended Bethany College in Lindsborg, KS. Kevin was named captain of his college golf team his senior year and helped lead the team to Nationals. He graduated Bethany College with a degree in business management and pursued a career in the golf industry for six years before getting into real estate.
Kevin's real estate career started in 2011 as the executive sales director at Adam's Mountain Country Club. In 2014 the development was sold and re-launched as Frost Creek. Kevin remained the sales director for two more years until he left in 2016 to join his father and brother at Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Colorado Properties. Since Kevin joined the team in 2016 the Denton Advisory Group has been the #1 producing Team for GCI for the past 6 years. In 2022 the Denton Advisory Group placed in the top 10 producing teams in the Country for Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices and #1 small team in the state of Colorado.
Kevin served as a Director for the Vail Board of Realtors from 2019-2022. He was also helped run the Vail Board of Realtors Foundation golf tournament in 2018-2019. He is currently the President of his HOA board for Chamonix Vail where he lives with his wife Jessica and dog Java.
Kevin is an outdoor enthusiast and loves skiing, golfing, surfing and exploring new places with his wife Jessica.
